Hanna Khoury and Suzan Azar devise all the strategic plans related to Methodia. Plans are shared with Jose Matar who reflects on all the strategies and shares his insights with the team.
PDQ roles are set by Hanna Khouryand Jose Matar and they both promote PDQ at specific and targeted institutions identified in the business plan. HannaKhoury and Jose Matar work on a visit-by-visit study to identify all potential breakthroughs. They study every case and then share expertise and insights with Carol Chidiac who is in charge of Mentors and Mentoring.
